This is a quick guide on how to enter data in the City of Midland website.  

Step one:

Find the Geographic ID on (as shown in blue) when you pull up the account. If you already have the Geographic id skip ahead to Step Two.

To make the number work in the City of Midland database you will have to change the number format. 

Step two:  

Remove the periods

00001020. 391 .0003 (Before)

000010203910003 (After)

Step three:

Remove the FIRST THREE leading zeros

000010203910003 (Before)

010203910003 (After)

Step four:

Browse to the City of Midland website http://maps.midlandtexas.gov/disclaimer_viewer3.html

*Remember screen needs to be set to 1024x 768 or higher.  Click here for information on how to change your screen resolution.

Step five:

Browse to “Locate/Search” select “PIN” enter number from step three as shown below.  Note: You can still use address search if you chose.
