They serve in panels of three during appraisal review hearings. The Midland Central Appraisal District would like to thank these individuals for sacrificing hours of valuable time (sometimes at a moments notice - when another scheduled review board member is unable to attend.) Their sacrifice gives Midland taxpayers the opportunity to present their cases to an impartial panel of fellow Midland residents.
